past projects
Over the past 15 years, Melissa had the privilege of transforming hundreds of furniture pieces- each one with its own story, character, and a new beginning.
From client heirlooms that needed thoughtful restoration, to vintage market finds reimagined for the shop floor, every piece has been approached with intention and artistry. Dressers, hutches, buffets, nightstands, cabinets, tables- you name it. Some have required subtle refinement. Others have undergone complete restoration. All of them were treated as future statement pieces.
For clients, it's often about honoring history while elevating the finish to fit their current home. A dated oak dresser becomes a soft, moody focal point. The goal is always the same, preserve the integrity, elevate the design.
For the shop, I've curated and refinished countless vintage and antique pieces to create collected, high-end aesthetic- blending old bones with fresh finishes that feel modern yet timeless. These pieces have gone on to anchor living rooms, bedrooms, entryways, and homes all over the region.
Over the years Melissa's style has evolved, refined, and deepened- but the heart behind the work remains the same. She see potential where others see worn surfaces. She values craftsmanship. And believe furniture should feel storied, personal, and beautifully made.
Fifteen years later, transforming furniuutre is still one of the most rewarding parts of Melissa's business- because every finished piece leaves here ready to begin its next chapter of history.
